Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Knitted Gallery, we ensure your order is delivered promptly and packaged securely. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays, using reliable courier services. If courier services are unavailable in your area, we’ll ship via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated per product. If you order multiple items, the total delivery fee is the sum of the individual shipping charges for each product.

Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, and most deliveries arrive within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Damaged Products
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and return it to the courier. Contact us at knittedgallery11@gmail.com with your Order ID, and we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost. Ensure the original packaging and tags remain intact when returning the product.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged upon delivery, kindly refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please email us at knittedgallery11@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no extra cost. Make sure the original product tag and packaging remain intact when returning the item to us.

Aside from the conditions mentioned above, the following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

Any product showing physical damage.
Products missing original packaging, accessories, or retail box items included during delivery.
Items without a valid, legible, and intact serial number, such as products with missing, altered, or damaged serial numbers.
Products from which the SKU tag has been removed from the original packaging.

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Punjab. Our liability will be limited to the product's purchase price.
